How discreet is my package?

All orders are shipped discreetly in a plain packaging bearing the return address of Westmarket, LLC Your package will not have any external markings that will give away the nature of your order.

Why can't I add more than one item to my shopping cart?

The reason you are unable to add more than one item to your shopping cart is due to having your cookies disabled. Cookies are very tine text files that are stored on your computer when you visit certain web pages that record your references. Westmarket uses cookies to keep track of what you have in your shopping cart and to remember you when you return to our store. They cannot harm your computer and they do not contain any personal or private information. For instructions on how to enable your cookies please consult your online help for your particular browser.

How do I receive my free gift?

In order to receive your free gift you must add one of the items from the list of available free gifts to your shopping cart. In some cases free gifts may arrive on a secondary shipment. Free gifts can only ship Standard shipping. One-Day and Two-Day are excluded shipping services for free gift items.

What if I forget to add my free gift?

In the event that you forget your free gift please notify us as soon as possible, via phone at (800) 773-9869 or e-mail at If your order has not been shipped we can include a free gift (if you specify which one). Once your package has been shipped we can offer two solutions: we can either ship you one extra free gift with your next order, or ship it as a separate package (in this case we have to apply standard shipping charges to ship your free gift separately). Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery.

Can I cancel an order?

We pride ourselves in processing your order immediately and if your order has reached our warehouse processing center your order will be unable to be cancelled. Unfortunately after your order has reached our processing facility we cannot recover your package. We will however provide you with your tracking number. If you wish not to keep your order once it arrives you can refuse the shipment and restocking fees of 10% will be applied. Shipping is not refundable.

How can I track my order?

You can either contact our Customer Service via e-mail to or call (800) 773-9869, or track it yourself. As soon as we ship your order, we will send you an e-mail confirmation, which will include your tracking number. If, for some reason, you do not receive this confirmation e-mail, please contact our Customer Service and we will send you your tracking number. Once you have your tracking number, visit US Postal Service website or FedEx website, depending on how you chose to have your order shipped, to determine the status of your shipment. If you have problems locating your package, please contact our Customer Service and we will be more than happy to assist you.

If portion of my order is out of stock?

In the unlikely event that an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will send the in-stock portion of your order via your chosen shipping method and the remaining items will follow as soon as they are in stock (at no additional charge).
